Cancellations & OTHER POLICIES
Cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time two (2) days prior to scheduled arrival date. To cancel or change a reservation, click here or call us directly at 1 (800) 549-9869. Always obtain a cancellation number.
Note: If you made your reservation through a third-party website – including Hotel Santa Barbara’s website – you must cancel your reservation through that website and obtain their cancellation number.
Please notify Hotel Santa Barbara immediately of any changes or cancellations. Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time two (2) days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night’s stay on weeknights and a two night minimum stay on weekends. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged for the first night’s stay one day prior to arrival. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Please note that the weekend rate will apply on certain weeknight holidays and special events.
The hotel charges for early departure.
At check-in, the credit card on file is authorized for room charges plus $150.00 for room incidentals. Some debit cards treat authorizations as charges. Please contact your bank with any questions.
If you pay with cash, total room and tax for your entire stay, plus an additional $150.00 incidental deposit will be due at check-in. After you depart, the hotel will send you a refund check in the mail for your deposit less any incidental charges.
Hotel Santa Barbara is a non-smoking hotel. A $150 fee is charged if smoking occurs in guest room.

Corporate and Special Group Rates and Policies
Please call 1 (800) 549-9869 for midweek corporate and group rates. Hotel accepts up to 2 rooms per reservation without a Group Contract and Credit Card Authorization. The credit card used to confirm a reservation is used to guarantee all charges.
