Wedding Group Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in hosting your wedding guests at Hotel Santa Barbara. Hotel Santa Barbara is a locally owned and independently operated boutique hotel with a total of 75 guest rooms and two 500 square foot meeting spaces. Our location in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara makes it convenient for guests to explore shopping, dining, museums and more. Our hotel is a half a mile from the beach and near many local wedding venues.

If you are interested in hosting your wedding guests please fill out the the Wedding Group Inquiry Form and email it back to us at sales@hotelsantabarbara.com and a member of our sales team will be in touch to discuss availability and rates.

Hotel Wedding Policies:

  • No courtesy blocks. Rooms based on availability. Early booking is encouraged.
  • Ask our sales team about options for group reservations and potential discounts for direct booking.
  • Two night minimum on the weekends. Friday & Saturday night MUST be booked together.
  • Strict maximum of 3 adults per room (varies by room type).
  • Quiet hours policy from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Welcome gift bag $2 per bag. Must be arranged prior with a sales team member.
  • 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by 5 pm (PST) seven days prior to scheduled arrival date.
